Spending almost 3 hours for a basic eye exam and prescription is unacceptable. This isn't the fault of the staff--they were clearly overwhelmed. This is a management and corporate staffing issue, plain and simple.
If you're considering America's Best for the "discount," think twice. Your time is worth far more than the small amount you'll save. Do yourself a favor and support a locally owned eye doctor instead.

The Danville va location was not at all helpful or friendly. We had a great experience Saturday at a different location and needed another last minute appointment and the lady that does the glasses and papers was rude and made our son very upset. It was a disappointing experience and made us stick to the other location. We were even over charged even though we asked for the special multiple timess.

That's so efficient when I was in the store I wait 2 weeks as they stated I called the day before which was February the 5th they said my glasses would be ready by 12:00 on the 6th and I mean efficient as in they checked my name spelling and everything they check my date of birth spelling and everything did she tells me this morning the 6th February they'll be ready at 12:00 I said that's not what I was told yesterday silence VERY INEFFICIENT
