Appointment schedules were kept on time. The technical staff were very friendly and competent in their examinations. They were also thorough in their record keeping.
The surgeries went very well. The post operative issues that arose were addressed and explained thoroughly by doctor Niko Vahamki, OD. He is very patient with a detail oriented person such as myself and has a sense of humor to go with the patience.

Always a thorough and educational visit! The staff is respectful and friendly. I especially appreciate that I had to make an "emergency" trip back the next day and they help me remove an errant contact lens that had slid to the back of my eye. They were able to carefully remove the lens and even gave me some drops to put in to soothe the irritation.
