I had no wait time for my scheduled appointment and the staff were friendly, professional, and had made my visit comfortable. Dr. James Kim was professional and had explained thoroughly each test that was performed. No time wasted throughout the exam, it was done effectively and efficiently. I have seen four different doctors over the years at Gatten Eye, and I have liked every one of them. Most recently I saw Dr. Kim and I really enjoyed my visit. He was quick and thorough but he also listened to me about a prior Dr. noted concern with one of my eyes. It was like he could read my mind and he 'soothed my nerves' while also being realistic about what we would 'keep an eye out for' in the future (puns intended). The office staff are always helpful and efficient as well. Thanks so much and I'll see y'all next year!

This was the fastest appointment I have ever gotten for anything.
My appointment was at 2:45 and I showed up at 2:30 and was taken back at 2:35. Where can you go and get to see a doctor early than check in time. The doctor took his time asked all the right questions and changed my contacts in the room with me. Then checked them and changed them again to make sure I could see correctly.
Never had this greater service anywhere.
This shows us there are still good doctors out there.

They did great. I was there about an hour and was done. Paid and now wait. He was very attentive and listened to me and he gave good advise and I got drops for very dry eyes. I thought he was wonderful to work with. And the staff was equally as friendly and helpful. I felt seen and heard. The advise was wonderful too. I'm going back next year. Great service. 10!!
