Just received the most exemplary service at Dr. Michael J. Bermel, P.C. and Associates! Had to bring in my daughter's broken glasses to get looked at, hoping she wouldn't need a new frame. I was received with a warm welcome and an assessment of the eyeglasses was done. As I waited to hear the extent of the damage, I spoke to Cam behind the counter and her Pomeranian 'Baby' - So Sweet! After exchanging a good chuckle with the nice gentleman who was helping me, I quickly learned that I was speaking with Mr. Jeffrey Bickhard, CEO! Not wanting my daughter to go another day without her prescribed glasses, Mr. Bickhard found a solution that had me happily astonished as I left with a new set of frames! Can't thank Mr. Bickhard enough for showing kindness at a time it was most needed! For anyone who's reading this and is looking for an optometrist in the Gainesville, VA area, I highly recommend Dr. Michael J. Bernal, P.C. & Associates. Happy Halloween!!
