I truly wish I could give a 5-star review. The provider who performed my exam was amazing, but unfortunately, it's been nearly 5 weeks, and I still haven't received my glasses. I was promised a one-week turnaround, which initially seemed amazing. However, after following up weekly, I learned today that the order was just sent to the lab--five weeks later. Now, I have to wait even longer. Honestly, I regret not going somewhere else for my first pair of glasses. This has not been a great experience
