Went here 2 weeks ago for an eye exam and had wonderful experience the staff is very friendly and helpful and the office is such a nice place compared to other doctors offices I've been to! Picked up my new glasses today and was very happy with how they turned out I highly recommend going here if you need glasses or an eye exam!

Employees were super nice, but if you only have Virginia Medicaid you definitely need to shop around, they only had one pair of frames to choose from without the rim on bottom, and needless to say they do not work for me . So after Medicaid paid there 259.00 and I paid 245.00 out of pocket to get progressive lens and a little tint and multiple trips to try to make the glasses work for me, I am back to wearing my old glasses, and stuck with new ones I can't see with.
Get your script and go somewhere else to get your frames that have a decent selection. T.R.

We were traveling through the area, and needed an eyeglass repaired. When i called, the receptionist, Katy, was so helpful, and said stop by and let the optical dept. take a look and see if they could help us. Hayley, in the optical dept., repaired the eyeglasses, and was so kind and professional in her manner, as well.
