I've gone here 2 years in a row for my eye exam. The doctor is very thorough. My prescription is always perfect. Both, the receptionist and the doctor are very kind, and helpful. I even took my Mom there to get her glasses, too. Glasses are back quickly, and she calls for pick up right away when they come in. With other offices in the area, I got wrong prescriptions, got charged for things I never should have been charged for, and had to call to find out my glasses were already there. I definitely recommend this office!!

Excellent experience here! Dr. Nguyen took one look at my current glasses at the time and told me they were the wrong prescription for astigmatism! I had been having trouble seeing at night and had been wearing the wrong prescription FOR THREE YEARS. I pay out of pocket but totally worth the money to get my correct and entire prescription. My life is forever changed.

I was seen the same day I called to make an appointment, the Dr is thorough and I was able to find a pair of frames I liked right away. If anything, I still suggest they get more variety of glasses frames because not everyone wants to wear bright colored frames. Overall, a good experience

I went here for the second time. The first glasses were okay, but they told me they could not fit them to my face, so for three years I dealt with them falling off. Now I got new glasses. The front desk lady told me how well they fit. I said they did not feel right, but left because I had somewhere to be. I returned and explained the problem. After telling me she couldn't shape the frames, she finally brought the machine. I see double and have imprints on the side of my face from my brand new, "perfectly" fitted, glasses.. They never helped my problem and cost someone who can not afford. NEVER GO THERE!
And if they've done the same to you. Call the board of optometry and make them GO!
