It is not normal for Dr. Richard Nicholas to perform only a refraction and not a routine eye examination on me. He did a contact lens fitting evaluation. I always have a routine eye examination, refraction, and contact lens evaluation fitting. I did not think about it until I got home. I called his office and spoke with the receptionist She said Dr. Richard Nicholas or someone would call me back. No one called me back very unprofessional I will never go back.

The doctor was very pleasant and a good listener as well. I felt like all he wanted to do is help me to see better, I wasn't just a patient he was really interested in my eye health. The front office personnel were very pleasant and made you feel welcome, It was like they were waiting for me to get there to be taken care of, it was awesome to see how hospitable they were. Now I understand why they are always booked up. They run a well organized and comfortable office. By the way that eyeglass lens chandelier is awesome!

I got a last minute appt on sat morning. Everyone was extremely nice, efficient and friendly. The front office staff was very busy but they attended to everyone in a timely manner and everyone was welcomed. I was surprised they have weekend hours but this is very convenient because i work all week. Dr. Nicholas had a great energy and bedside manners. I was very happy with my service there and would definitely recommend anyone to go to this office. Thank you for your outstanding care.

My daughter and I have had nothing but a great experience! The staff are so friendly and helpful!!! They also have a text message service where I can shoot a text for anything we need for my daughters appointments and they respond so fast and it's so accommodating! They really make things easy and I'm a big fan of their technology! Dr Nicholas is very patient and straight to the point with a side of fun ! We have used a specialist for most of my daughters life and I came to a point where it was time to find her a regular eye doctor and over the last few years this has been my daughters new doctor and eye place and we just love it ! And my husband also comes to them when he needs eye care as well !

Everyone here is wonderful. The staff are so sweet, and does an amazing job explaining the machines they use. Dr. Nicholas is definitely one of the best if not the best optometrists I've been to and I've been seeing one since I was 2 years old. He is very knowledgeable and genuine about the care he is giving his patients. I will always recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking.
