My appointment with Dr. Smith was relaxed, on time and he spent a lot of time with me. He was very honest and didn't try to sell me new glasses since there was little to no change in my prescription. His price for the exam was excellent and much less expensive than other Optometry offices I have been to. He's such a nice young man, so pleasant, easy to talk to and very down to earth. I also love that his office is located so close to my house!! I highly recommend him!!

A new young eye doctor Dr. Smith. It's a wonderful new office. They've been open about a year. Have the upgraded technology of eye exams and very friendly office staff. Great place to go. I hope that he has a successful business there

I went there today for the first time and let me tell ya, very nice staff they greeted me as soon as I walked in the door the lady that fits you for your glasses is on point! She knows what she is doing and last but not least Dr Smith! He is my favorite of all time and he has a sense of humor and is very nice, he has been my Dr for a few years now. 5 stars

If you're looking for a top notch eye doctor, Dr. Smith is your answer! Haven't been to the eye doctor in years and decided it was time for a check up. It was a very pleasant experience, and highly recommend him if you're in the process of looking for an eye doctor. Not only is Dr. Smith amazing, his staff is amazing as well. From the second you walk in until you leave, his staff makes you feel very welcome. 10 star rating from me.

We had such a wonderful experience with our neighborhood eye doctor! Both of my kids were fitted for contact lenses, and the entire staff was incredibly accommodating, patient, and kind throughout the process. They took their time explaining everything clearly, making sure my kids felt comfortable and confident. I truly appreciate how thoughtful and attentive they were with our whole family. Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional care!

Absolutely love this place! The front desk was so kind and helpful. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment and actually spend time talking to Dr. Smith. My previous optometrist over prescribed my lenses, which led to blurred vision and worse headaches. Dr. Smith did not try to oversell me additional lens features and walked me through my overall eye health, making recommendations that best fit my needs. I'm excited to have glasses that I actually want to wear and improve my vision. 10/10 would recommend!

This was, by far, the best visit to an optometrist, I've ever had. The office is immaculate. It's a comfortable environment. And there's even a coffee bar. The staff is amazing and really work well together as a team. Dr. Smith is pleasant and very knowledgeable! The technology he uses is very advanced and everything is clearly explained. AAA+++

Absolutely wonderful practice. Front desk was polite and professional, the Technician was kind and knowledgeable, and the Glasses coordinater was relatable. Made my appointment quickly; between the online form, email, and phone call I had everything I needed. They have state of the art equipment, NO AIR PUFFS, NO EYE DIALATION. a clean and stylish office. Dr.Smith is a skilled and knowledgeable, funny and put ideas in clear, easy to understand terms. He is very kind and listens to the little things to make you feel better about how you are living day to day with your contacts/glasses. Truly the best opthalmologist we have in Hampton. Can't recommend them enough, but I will try. I hope they are here to stay to be a cornerstone of Willow Oaks.
