Terrible customer service. Called to set appointment was placed on hold immediately after phone being answered, for over 30mins (CSR Amy). When finally took off hold lady was just rude and then informed me that they didn't take my insurance. I asked is she sure due to being referred to them by my insurance company. She then paused for 5secs and said, "yup I just asked everyone." -_- I was already informed by everyone I now that has been seen at this place that the service is terrible. I hate that I had to find out for myself, because they were right. Just because of the terrible customer service I refuse to even go and spend my money here. Do better. Also after doing research and speaking with someone else turns out they do take my insurance, they were just too lazy to double check. Shaking me head.

I recommend AVI, Dr Campbell and his staff to anyone seeking and needing excellent eye care. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and caring--not just while you are in the office but do follow up calls. They are available at all times and very accommodating. They have the latest technology and can offer services beyond vision--I have peace of mind when being treated.

I have been trying for SEVERAL days to reschedule my daughter's appointment. I have left SEVERAL VMs - as all I can ever get is an answering machine. I just called and left another VM telling them to cancel my upcoming appointment (I cancelled because I will not tolerate such horrible customer service)

My visit to AVI was a very positive experience from the time I entered until the time I left. Everyone was very professional and friendly. My questions were answered and I was given additional information to take with me. My next appointment is for an educational class to further answer questions about the procedure I need. I feel confident that I have found the best Doctor to trust my eyes to. I need to update this review. I went to my next appt. thinking I was going to an educational session before I decided on surgery. HaHa Ha. Was I wrong !!! First I found out that they claimed that I owed money. I signed a form the first visit stating that if I paid my bill that day , I would get a discounted price. I paid that amount that day. Now I find that they are charging me another's $64. When I asked what it was for, no one could tell me. They brought a Black lady out that I had never seen. She worked in the back probably in accounting and she said I didn't owe anything and this was NOT AN EDUCATIONAL SESSION. I told them I was Not having surgery as I didn't feel it was necessary at the time. They stated that there would be no charge for the visit. Two months later I received a bill for $21 dollars stating that I was 60 days past due. I have insurance with a $0 copay and they had charged almost $500 for the eye exam. It seems like they just couldn't stop charging me for one visit There will be no operation conducted at this office. I'm sure I will owe them for the rest of my life if I get surgery. I WILL FIND ANOTHER DR WHEN AND IF I GET THE SURGERY. IM STILL WAITING FOR THE ITEMIZED BILL MY HUSBAND REQUESTED. MAYBE THEY WILL SEND IT ONE DAY SO THAT I CAN FINALLY UNDERSTAND WHAT ALL THE CHARGES WERE FOR.

The staff at AVI is awesome. I was in and out in no time at all. I will refer all my friends to Dr Glenn Campbell. He is the best!

Everyone in the office was friendly and professional. Very clean and pleasant environment. The wait times were reasonable! AVI will be my permanent go to vision center!

Knows his stuff; makes a patient feel comfortable and EXPLAINS everything. Officer personell are extremely personable and friendly. I would recommend this dr. to anyone.

Will NEVER go back to this facility, while the technician was wonderful, the rest of the staff could use improvement, including the doctor. Their scheduling is a joke, save your money and time, go elsewhere.
