This office is absolutely clueless and useless. I had to reschedule my first appointment because the doctor went to LUNCH DURING MY APPOINTMENT TIME. Then the second time I arrived for my rescheduled appointment, the front desk told me that they had to cancel because Dr Rachon had to leave AGAIN. They said my number (which is the correct one they have on file) was not in service, so they called my husband and did not leave a voicemail. NO TEXT NO EMAIL NO VOICEMAIL. What a waste of time to take off work TWICE to only be let down. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Had surgeries done under Dr. Roh just a few months ago. Everything, especially Dr. Roh, his nurses and support staff was Exceptional! Now I'm going through the cataract scheduling process and it has NOT been pleasant. The following up is a mess. It's uncalled for. When a patient leaves the doctors office, it's not wise to push paperwork in front of them to read and sign. The pupils are dilated and vision is very blurry at best. It hasn't gotten any better at this Hampton office, since I've been sent to Dr. Paladino.

After nearly two hours have still not seen the doctor. I asked how much longer and there were two more people still waiting ahead of me. This was my second time here and second time I was put through an unbelievable wait. Unless you have absolutely nothing better to do find a different eye doctor.

Andrew Miller is a fantastic doctor however an appointment set at 10:45 and an almost 3 hour wait to sit in the chair is unacceptable. Again service is wonderful when you get it. But if I showed up 3 hours late to a scheduled appointment it would be a different story. I don't appreciate the lack of planning or communication that's led to this and if it weren't for the fact you pay your copay prior to waiting three hours I would have been long gone.

There's always a "wait" but it's not yet been unbearable. I enjoy the staff and feel that they do the best that they can in managing an extremely busy schedule. My experiences seeing Dr. Panda for my cornea transplant follow ups have been positive and informative. She's always friendly and pleasant.
