Wagner Kapoor Institute

A very friendly staff. Only lost a star due to the amount of paperwork I had to fill out and the long wait times even with an appointment. Is 2025, everything should be digitized instead of hand me a folder of papers.

I've been a patient at this practice since October of last year. Dr. Kapoor, Dr. Bernstein & Dr. Debaugh have all been wonderful & had no problem using the pressure reading instrument I'm most comfortable with. Well, today was my 1st time being seen by Dr. Wagner & my worst experience at this practice. His jokes are cringe & not funny. He's was so arrogant & condescending telling me that I won't be dictating what instrument they use! He forced the issue & it was a disaster! No eye pressure was taken! I called back after this ordeal & told the staff that I never want to be seen by Dr. Wagner again! Dr. Wagner needs to stop seeing patients & just tend to the administrative duties!

Everyone in any of their offices are great. Very courteous. The doctors are first class.

Staff is super friendly, always on time, we got to our appointment early and they took us right on in, never have had a bad experience here.

Absolutely horrible experience, we waited 2 hours to be seen when our appointment was at 8:35. It then took ANOTHER hour between images, nurses, waiting and seeing the doctor. My girlfriend went in WITH a diagnosis from other orthopedic and had files sent over. The office simply did not look over any of it and completely disregarded the previous diagnosis along with her concerns. I'm currently sitting in the ER with her because she has lost the ability to see color in her eye along with her previous issue getting WORSE. If you value your time, your health, and money I would go somewhere else. Just because your staff is nice and speak in a positive tone of voice does not solve your health problems

Thank you Dr. Wagner, Dr. Kapoor, and staff. You always make it a good visit when I bring my grandmother in and she really loves your office. You've helped us in so many ways, including getting us a last minute emergency appointment at a different office location, and we really do appreciate it. I don't know what we would do without you as her providers.

If Wagner himself wasn't so amazing this would be an easy one star. Routinely waiting for multiple hours beyond my MILs appointment time, refuse to provide translation services (this even legal?), admin appear predominantly to be med school interns who aren't very helpful, just god awful administrative support.

Had to take my dad to an eye appointment. I was able to drop him off right at the front door. There was a nurse at the door with full protective medical gear on. She did a health screening that including health questions and a temperature check. The patients that were already checked in were sitting at least six feet apart in the lobby. I was impressed with the seriousness the staff was taking in trying to control transmission of the virus since my father is very ill.
