I loved this new place. Assistant was informative and kind, as well as the Dr. When I was finished with my exam I started to look for glasses. The young lady helping me pulled out the first set of frames and " BINGO ". I was satisfied with the first one she showed me. All in all.... a great first time experience. Thank you.

I was really amazed at your workers there were so helpful to me The man who gave me my entrance exam was helping me to not be afraid of the light so the optometrist could see the back of my eye The the actual optometrist was telling me me about the spot on the back of my eye was from my chemo and they wanted to do a follow up to see if it was getting near my pupil. Luckily I had was ok for cataracts Your lady who helps you pick out glasses was very good and picked out some very nice frames that fit on my face The whole experience was wonderful and I'll be back for future visits

I went in today one hour before close. I had gotten an eye exam elsewhere but they did not cover my vision insurance, so I decided to try Access Eye. Alexa-Rae greeted me, assisted me in picking a pair of glasses, explained exactly how my insurance would work and what was covered, and even helped me decide which frame color she thought complimented me best. She was very thorough, kind, and has great attention to detail. I assume everyone else had already left the practice for the day, so she was the only person I met with. I was in and out within 30 minutes. She is a wonderful person and I will be coming back next year for my next eye exam. Can't wait to meet the rest of the team!

Twice within a year I made an appointment several weeks out and they waited until there was less than 48 hours until my appointment to inform me that my insurance was inactive. Any cancelation less than 48 hours is subject to a $50 fee. They charged me that fee for the first appointment. Kind of smells like a scam to me. I'll go blind before I go back to Access Eye.
