Dr. Blair is a great ophthalmologist veterinarian and came highly recommended to us by our local veterinarian Dr. Sears. Both his clinical and clerical staff are outstanding. Dr. Blair is extraordinary full of love and knowledge for the animals that he cares for, highly respected and recommended. With his knowledge, skill, and expertise he saved our fur baby Dixie from loosing her eye after getting a ruptured cornea that progressed quickly. We will be forever grateful to the Lord and him for what he did for our sweet girl. If I ever were to precept for veterinary medicine, he would be the #1 Vet, I'd want to precept under besides Dr. Sears, this man is a legend in his own right. I love coming across anyone in life, whom their passion exudes out of them and you can see that when visiting with Dr. Blair. They offer many services, treatments, and surgeries for cats, dogs, and horses. They do have a small retail shop with supplements and eye gear for your fur babies as well. Again, We are eternally grateful for all your knowledge, skill, and care!!!!!
Dr. Belk saw my sweet girl Barbie for an urgent eye exam today, and I am so grateful. Dr. Blair is Barbie's regular doctor, and both doctors truly show how much they care. Dr. Belk took her time and thoroughly checked Barbie's eyes today. The entire staff was incredibly kind, the building was very clean, and the doctors are honest and compassionate. Thanks to them, Barbie got her vision back. I will forever be thankful.
Had to bring my 15 year old baby here for an eye ulcer. Picture 1 was first visit. Picture 2 was 2nd and last visit. Incredibly kind staff, very knowledgeable and good at explaining things without making someone feel dumb. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs eye care for their pets to come here.
Over 20 years Dr. Blair and the entire staff have helped so many of my pug dogs. And also many with eye issues thru my dog rescue Pugs U Gotta Save Inc. Each member of the team has always been there for me during emergencies and non-emergencies.
I will continue to praise this group forever. They are all patient and very knowledgeable. If I provided every instance of need this would be the longest review ever written. In closing, you will never go wrong by having this group help with your pets eye needs!
Our vet charged us a mortgage payment to refer us to Animal Eyecare. Our vet was pretty worried about our pugs eye so Animal Eyecare fit us in at the very last minute. The doctor could not be any nicer, patient, or more informative. For such a beautiful place and a specialist the price was amazingly reasonable. Our pug still has his eye and the doctor didn't even contemplate performing a zero gain surgery. What an amazing experience
Dr. Blair is phenomenal! My dog ended up having cataracts around 1 1/2 years old (they said probably from a puppy mill and genetically pre-dispositioned ) and has been seeing Dr. Blair for the last 12 years. Dr. Blair takes his time with the pets and the owners, remembers us by name, and puts my pet at ease...even more than the vet. I know my dog loves to see Dr. Blair because he runs up the steps with enthusiasm every visit.
My dog was referred there after finding a suspected mass in her eye. It turned out to be an iris cyst, which was removed via outpatient surgery. My dog was comfortable and healed very well afterwards. The vet and support staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
After a couple of visits to my cat's regular vet were unsuccessful in diagnosing her eye issue, she was brought to Dr. Blair. He was able to accurately diagnose her within seconds (Entropion), and suggested an operation with a cost range. She had the operation, and the cost came out closer to the lower end of the range. Recovery was great. She was back to her normal self after only a few days. Now 5 months post-op, there have been no issues at all. Highly recommend!
