I had the virtual eye exam. A very knowledgeable person did the prep work with me in an office, before meeting with the doctor virtually. We could see each other and talk. The doctor then sent my prescription, which was printed for me. I hesitated to order glasses right away and have decided to wait since my eyes haven't changed much, and glasses are so expensive, even with the deal at BJs.

This place is probably good, but the customer service given by the old gentleman is terrible, he stayed flirting with another lady while 3 people were waiting on line for over an hour ! He just stayed there and laugh with this woman, didn't even care to say I will be done soon or anything, just keep laughing with her. This is crazy, there was also a pregnant woman who waited about 1.5 hours, and he didn't care either.

I visited this store to get new contact lenses, there were two people in front of me and only one man to serve. It took more than an hour to wait, it was the worst service, first I waited standing and then they offered me to sit down I'm pregnant. This is the worst place, if you value your time I absolutely do not recommend this place

My wife and I decided to give the virtual exam a try. We did not know there wasn't a doctor on site until we showed up. The exam was fine. Paula, our technician, was great. They are not allowed to dilate patient's pupils. The virtual doctor recommended we both get a dilation check. So, in hindsight, we should have just gone to another provider. Jay was great with our new glasses orders. The glasses seemed significantly more expensive than Costco. We stopped by a few days before the appointment and were warned they do not accept insurance so we just ignored the insurance data requested on the online appointment site.
