I've been wearing glasses since I was four years old, but it wasn't until I met Dr. Alsop at age 45 that I truly experienced a thorough eye exam. I only wish I'd found her sooner! Over the last several years, she has patiently guided me through everything from a difficult contact lens transition to my current progressive needs. As someone who can be a bit indecisive, I deeply appreciate her patience and support. I also love that she sometimes brings her dog to the office; it's refreshing to see a business owner who cares so much for their fur babies and includes them in their life. The dog is never intrusive, but is a sweet presence that adds to the friendly atmosphere. You never feel like just another number on an assembly line here. Dr. Alsop and her staff provide a level of care and undivided attention that makes you feel like her only patient. Truly a rare find!

Had a great experience with Dr. Bennett. The testing process was smooth and easy. Everyone was super kind and I received my glasses quickly. Overall awesome place, thanks Dr. Bennett!

My regular optometrist was booked out for months so I decided to give this office a try. I've been to numerous optometrists over the last 17 years and this by far was the worst experience I've had. The experience for me lacked professionalism, empathy, and overall awareness. There were a few things I'd attribute this rating to but my main issue was with an error that occurred during checkout. I called weeks later and spoke with a manager who was unapologetic and unhelpful to a point of incompetence, despite admitting her staff had made a mistake. I've never written a negative review but I guess there's a first time for everything. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone considering a visit and I will clearly never be returning.

I have complicated vision, very farsighted. I was very much taken care of by Dr. Bennett who was able to provide me with comfortable contact lenses which I haven't had in years. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful experience ! I have been having pain and issues with a recurring teat in my cornea . As a new patient was seen the day I called . I was seen on te , quickly but thoroughly and everyone was delightful! This was so appreciated but I was low-key freaking out about this injury . I'm so happy I've found a new eye doctor and that accepts my insurance . I'll be returning to get my overdue eye exam, once this bandage is out and I'm cleared for it.

Dr. Bennett is the absolute best! She is very efficient and provided great recommendations for my vision that I hadn't heard from any other doctor and has really helped!

Absolutely the worst treatment from a so called professional. She was rude and impatient with my autistic child...making insulting comments, as if I weren't sitting there. I became so blatant and insensitive that I walked out mid exam. I 100% do not recommend! I will be pursuing filing a complaint against her!! The one star is for her receptionist she was awesome!

This was undoubtedly the most unpleasant experience I've ever encountered during a doctor's appointment. As I entered the office, I was taken aback by the presence of an unexpectedly large dog with no prior warning. Following my examination, I requested my pupil distance information to explore other options. To my surprise, the doctor informed me that they do not provide this information. The situation escalated when discussing my prescription with the optician, who became increasingly confrontational and raised her voice before eventually providing me with the prescription. My confidence in their services was shaken, leading me to pay out of pocket for another eye exam elsewhere, which yielded a different prescription. I am uncertain whether this discrepancy was deliberate, possibly due to my decision not to make a purchase there. Nevertheless, I have no intention of returning to this establishment, and I would strongly advise against it to anyone, even my worst enemy. I urge you to steer clear of this place. On a positive note, Americas Best readily provided me with both my prescription and pupil distance information without any issues!
