I have never experienced such a great feeling going into a doctor's office. I hate anything near my eyes so I don't enjoy going to the eye doctor. No issues at this place, from you walk into the place Dr. Sciullo and staff are awesome. The office feels warm and inviting. You can book online. Get your glasses and contacts there. They will ship your contacts to your house. There is no pressure to buy from them either. My entire family goes and peoples that I have recommended have also been happy with the care and the service.

I have had several great experiences at Monument Family Eye Care. Recently, I had an issue where my year supply of contacts I ordered was taken from my mailbox. I placed a claim with Fedex, which got denied. At which point, I reached out to Monument Family Eye Care and informed them of the situation, asking with assistance to re-order to contacts. Without me asking, the staff at Monument Family Eye Care reached out to the contact distributor and were able to obtain another year supply of contacts, free of charge. I am so thankful for the staff for going above and beyond and saving me from paying for a second year supply of contacts.

I had such a wonderful experience at Monument! Dr. Sciullo helped me troubleshoot some problematic lenses I had received from a different provider last year. He got me into something much more comfortable and reassured me that I was in the correct prescription, which gave me so much peace of mind.
The opticians who ran my tests and assisted with sales were incredibly personable and friendly--I genuinely enjoyed speaking with every employee I encountered. Jon, in particular, was amazing. He truly listened to what I wanted in a frame, went above and beyond to dig into my benefits, and made sure I got the most out of them. He also did an excellent job of translating all the insurance jargon in a way I could understand.
At the end of the day, I walked away feeling so well taken care of, which feels rare these days. Thank you so much, Dr. Sciullo, Jon, and the entire Monument team--I really appreciate you all!
