Dr. Victoria Weiss and staff are AMAZING!! I am so fortunate to have found this office! The doctor did a very comprehensive exam and provided me with answers to my questions, updated my prescription- it had been two years since I had seen an eye doctor- and at my request she fitted me with new contact lenses and glasses. The entire staff was wonderful and helpful, and I could not be more satisfied! If you are searching for a top-notch optometrist and staff, I highly recommend Fluvanna Eye Care!

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I have tried to contact the office twice over the last 2 days and no one will call me back. The first day, I was told there is no office manager. Yesterday, I was told the office manager would call when she came in around 2pm and never did. Within the last couple months, my daughter and I both were seen (by different eye docs there) for exams. I was given a prescription for reading glasses. I was told my left eye was the issue, my right eye was good. My daughter, was given a prescription for glasses that she needed to wear all day. After going to my PCP recently, it was recommended that I go for a second opinion. I'm thankful I did. My eye prescription was completely wrong. Both of my eyes needed a prescription and I need glasses not only for reading but also for distance and driving. It is recommended that I wear them all day. After learning my prescription was so off, I decided to take my daughter to the same place....her vision is 20/20. She doesn't need a prescription at all. Their mistake has cost me a lot of money. Glasses (wrong prescriptions, new prescriptions, not needing glasses at all), copays, exams (because insurance will only cover one a year). In my opinion, this office doesn't care about their patients, only about the money. Not calling me back pretty much proves that. Please be careful going here. I would highly recommend MY EYE DOCTOR on 5th Street. Also, keep in mind, I never would have known my prescription was so bad if I had not got a second opinion. DO YOUR RESEARCH. BEWARE. PLEASE.

I've been going here for several years as well as my family. My eyes have felt amazing since they took over care. Contacts are always on point. There is a newer dr taking over and he is great!!! Listens to concerns and actually address any issues.

Dr. Myers did a thorough exam with the help of Olga. He explained the results, presented options for treatment of my cataracts, and let me choose how to proceed. Office staff called in a referral to an ophthalmologist and I left with an appointment scheduled. Staff also filed my insurance. Everyone involved with this visit was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for eye care.

Glass lenses were completely processed wrong. Charges for providing my own framed. Can not trust outcome. Do not recommend

First time getting an eye exam in years and had a great experience from start to finish! I was worried about picking frames that I liked but I received help from the specialist that made the selection process so much easier and we found a pair I'm completely happy with!

Absolutely an amazing place. I suggest them for all eye care! The time they set aside and gave to me in an emergency was outstanding and much appreciated.
