I had to be rescheduled after already at my appointment which upset me. I asked to speak to manager but she wasn't in but I got her card. When I arrived at new appointment I asked to speak to Daniela the Mgr. We sat down and talked. She listened to me then focused on what was important, how to fix, make me happy since I had been coming to White Oak location since it opened. She was the sweetest, most kind, nicest person.

Originally, I have been going to America's Best in Mechanicsville. The customer service was very lacking, and the store environment wasn't warm. So, I decided to check out the American's Best at White Oak. The best decision I could have made. Daniela, the store manager assisted me in cancelling my appointment, and switching it to her store. Nakeita was amazing with helping me pick out my style of glasses I wanted after I described i have a 1 year old so I needed thick handles as well as a slick design preferably chocolate brown in color.
