Sent debt collectors after me even though I called to cancel the appointment. Never even been to the office and they claim I still owed them money. Do not give this business any of your personal information!

Beware this is a billing center. They will keep texting you even though your bill has been paid showing you owe more each month and of you don't check you will be turned over to a collection agency without your knowledge. You will not get a paper bill or any explanation.

Similar billing issues. I paid over $300 for my glasses and exam after insurance. They failed to file it appropriately and kept refiling to the wrong place. They just reached out to me 2 years later to say the bill is still due and they want to take me to collections. I talked to the person in the office over a year ago and they said they fixed it and refiled it correctly! I gave 2 stars because I liked my eye doctor-the billing issues though are significant so I am not going back.

Ask up front if my insurance paid for everything when was assured it did. Day of exam they have me filling out pages one with an out-of-pocket cost of $39 then a week after the exam I get billed for $75. This place is a scam

My experience with Atlantic Vision Partners regarding a pending refund has been exceedingly frustrating and disappointing. Since November 2023 (It is now February 2024), I have been attempting to resolve an issue concerning a refund of $407.00 that remains unpaid. Despite initial assurances of a resolution within 8-10 weeks and subsequent efforts to expedite the process, the matter has not been resolved, and communication has been unsatisfactory. The efforts of the staff, particularly an individual in the King William office, are acknowledged. However, the overall handling of this matter reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

I went to have a small procedure done and the doctor was in the room for about one minute, then said he did not want to do the procedure and referred me to a surgeon. That was a bit disappointing since I had waited two months to be seen, however, I understood completely. What I did NOT understand was why I was billed $50 for a visit when I was not treated and referred to another doctor. I then called the billing company, who referred me to the practice with this question. The office manager spoke with me and said that she would review my billing question as I believed that there was a billing error and would call me back. I have not heard back from her, so I called again and left a voice mail for a return call. I never got the return call (after two weeks), so I had to pay the bill, which I still believe was a billing error.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. The worst company to get in touch with ever! I called multiple times and left messages no one ever returned my phone calls. I was due a refund of $20 and haven't seen it yet and its been 3 months. I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint with them. That was the only way I could get this company to contact me. They then lied 3 times in their response to me saying they tried to call me on December 1st,2022 but my voice-mail was not set up (2 lies right there) they then tried to say they looked up my spouse to get my information (lie #3) and I'm not married. This is a very unprofessional company and I will no longer be doing business with them or any of their affiliates. I will be expecting my refund.

I've been trying to resolve a billing issue from last Nov. They keep trying to bil me twice for the same visit. They even tried biling my insurance twice as well. I have contacted their incompetent billing dept on several occasions wrt this matter to no avail. The most unprofessional group I have ever encountered.
