I had the BEST experience with Asigeyana! I brought in an old vintage pair of frames that I absolutely loved but wasn't sure could even be restored or updated properly. Not only did she help me find the perfect fit and style based on that original pair, but she truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. My glasses turned out better than I could have imagined. If you're looking for someone who will take the time to really understand what you want and deliver perfection, Asigeyana is the one! I have been a patient since July 1989. Love this practice. Generally I see Dr. Roffis but saw Ms. Orby for the first time. I enjoyed being serviced by her. I recommended it to my husband and three children. We all still go here. Ms. Claretha, the eye glass expert is very patient and helpful. Overall, everyone is pleasant and professional. I have watched this practice grow in size and technology use. They have state of the art equipment and their exams are very thorough. Dr. Gordon was able to detect a leak in my husband's eye and immediately recommended him to a specialist for extensive treatment.

My 91 year old mom went in to get her new glasses. We were told to sit in the waiting room finally the tech a young, tall, black guy with braids. Don't know his name called her. Tell her to come on and took her frames and then told her to go back sit in the waiting room they were going to put her lenses in her frame and more than an hour went by. I got up to ask the young man could he check with the glasses and he states now they got to cut them it ain't ready yet. Oh, he walked off so I went back to my mom. He finally comes with her glasses while we sitting in the waiting room, so hear your glasses and read this to see if she could see on you know with her lenses the card with all the alphabets she was so frustrated and stressed by his attitude, and I'm looking at him the whole time he never made eye contact with me and I said mom just read the car to see if you can see she said yeah I can see. He took the card and left. He did not ask her to come back so they could adjust her frames or anything. I told her I said wait a minute let's go back and we're gonna get your glasses adjusted. He just left and she was so stressed that she said no I don't wanna go back in there. I myself was ready to go back in there, but she told me no so she has been a long time patient of Dr. Roffis but not anymore.

I have been going here almost 20 years. I always have had a great experience with the front desk, techs and doctors. Everyone is kind and personable. I love working with Dr.Gordon he has the absolute best bedside manner, considerate and kind.

Very pleased with the level of service here today. I previously went to Verginia Eye Institute and the customer service was terrible. It was hard to make an appointment and once you show up it took forever to be seen, sometimes an hour. I called Clifford Roffis & Associates this morning and got an appointment within hours. The staff was very pleasant, courteous and helpful. Thanks

I have never been treated so bad in my life. I been coming here since I was a teenager. For the lady who order my glasses and not expediting them that day and got mad because I didn't get an extra charge , do the money go in your pockets. To the young man who work in the lab who didn't tell me my glasses was broken when they was trying to put the lenses in them , had me calling for 2 weeks and I just now found out today there broke. This is terrible service. Now it's going week 3 with no glasses. This is terrible service and no one wants to take accountability of this and keep passing it alone. Do the manger even know what's going on in there?

Friendly and helpful! I have been going here for 2 years now. The front desk associates and the optician are both great. I was in a pinch for contacts the other day and stopped by and they gave me a sample pair to get me thru! Also they sent me my prescriptions very quickly when asked!

I'm very disappointed with the service at this optometrist office. I contacted them with a legitimate eye emergency -- metal in my eye -- and explained that I needed to be seen as soon as possible. Despite this being a clear and urgent situation, they showed no willingness to help and told me I would have to wait until next week for an appointment. Eye emergencies should be taken seriously, and it was shocking to be dismissed so casually. I left feeling unheard and uncared for. I would not recommend this office to anyone who needs prompt or compassionate attention for a real medical concern. I've been a patient since 02. I will be finding a new office to visit ---
