When I called Dominion to see if I could be seen, they got me right in and were very friendly and accommodating. I came to my appointment with my husband who coincidentally had an eye issue develop over the weekend and also needed to be seen. They fit him right in and both of us had a great experience. Both assistants and Dr's were thorough, friendly and very helpful. I'm so glad I called!

The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable, and took care of my issues swiftly. I will say he seemed to be in a bit of a rush, but that's understandable. The front desk lady (Ashley I think?) such a sweet young lady! very kind over the phone! and the other lady who greeted me upon arrival was very nice as well and explained everything thoroughly. The lady who did my pre-appointment examination was professional and trustworthy too. Seems like a well rounded team here. I did wait an hour past my appointment time my first visit here, but it's okay. Medical professionals don't get enough credit for what they have to go through on a daily basis. I'm fine waiting an hour or even two if it means every patient is being taken care of properly. Thank you Dominion! I look forward to my next visit.

Arrived at 12:10 for 12:30 appointment. I signed in and was only name on the sheet. At 1:00 I asked woman at desk what was holed up.? She had not removed my name from sign in sheet. Then she gave me paper work which I could have already had done. She was only person I felt had fallen down on job. All the technicians were wonderful. Including Vicki. I enjoyed meeting all of them.
