This office is a hidden gem! From the first call to make an appointment to leaving to go next door to pick out frames five stars all around! The staff are friendly and professional, no wait, office and exam rooms freshly decorated and clean. Dr Lauren Lucas is thorough and friendly. I would recommend giving this provider a try!

I had an amazing experience at Dr. Lauren Lucas & Associates. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient. Dr. Lucas herself is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough--she took the time to explain every part of my exam and made sure all my questions were answered. I never felt rushed, and her attention to detail really gave me confidence that I was in great hands. The whole visit was smooth and professional, yet still felt personal and comfortable. Highly recommend this office if you're looking for quality eye care with a team that truly cares!

Outstanding from the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by her friendly staff to the biggest smiles and goodbye's when leaving. I've had a few eye exams before but this was, by far, the most thorough. Dr. Lucas and her team asked a lot of great questions and actually took their time to make sure my exam was comprehensive and addressed all my concerns. I was impressed with their professionalism and knowledge and for the first time - I am confident I have a really good prescription. There was ZERO pressure to purchase expensive frames at the end. This was the first time I've ever had this happen as the other places I've been to rush you through the exam and then turn on the high pressure sales for frames. I highly recommend Dr. Lauren Lucas and Associates!!! She and her staff truly CARE about their patients.

Dr. Lucas is the nicest optometrist I have had (and I have had a few). She is straight and to the point and has a great sense of humor. The ENTIRE office staff is welcoming and accommodating and I appreciate everything they have done over the years. Excellent, excellent office and I will continue to forward business their way. I have been a patient at Dr. Lauren Lucas & Associates for several years, and until recently, I've always felt a strong connection with the care provided. Unfortunately, I am writing this review with a heavy heart due to the termination of my care. I expressed my feelings about a situation that transpired during my last visit and a prior visit, hoping for open communication. However, this led to the unexpected decision to terminate my care. This has left me feeling upset and disconnected. I've appreciated the personalized care and attention to detail from Dr. Lauren Lucas & Associates over the years. It's disheartening to find our patient-doctor relationship strained, especially when my intention was to strengthen our understanding. To fellow patients, I encourage open dialogue with your healthcare provider, but it's disconcerting when it results in the termination of care. She's always happy to answer questions and make honest recommendations. Her staff is friendly and I'm usually in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend.
