You start with Ms. Pat setting up your appointment. She is also the first to greet you and help you with the paperwork and preliminary tests. She'll set you at ease from the start. Dr. Isner performs the eye exam himself (not a technician) and he takes his time. You won't feel rushed, and you'll get the right results for what is needed in your eyeglasses. His exam is thorough for detecting any possible eye problems. Top notch eye care: you won't be disappointed.

Waste of time. Not only that but he thought it was funny when his machine couldn't do it's job which. So basically I still can't see. This is absolutely unacceptable.

My family an I have used Dr. Isner for about 7 years. Starting from the front desk check-in, eye exam to paying at checkout!, They've made a lovely experience for us! The Doctor and his assistant are a professional tag team! His assistant has always check to see if our insurance was accepted weeks before we showed up for our appointments! One time I made an appointment but it was canceled, She called me and informed me our insurance wouldn't cover it! I thanked her for that and found another eye doctor. The next year our insurance coverage can and we started using Dr. Isner again!

Dr. Isner is great!!! Ive been seeing him for my eye care at Walmart for several years and never was disappointed. His receptionist Ms Pat is so sweet!! She is always in good spirits and keeps things going!

I've been coming to see Dr. Isner for years even when my insurance didn't cover this practice because it was always a great experience. Not sure what all these comments about the receptionist being rude are about. She has always been kind and professional when taking calls and in person. Highly recommend this optometry office.

I don't even know where to start. Dr. Isner is so friendly, understanding, and makes sure you understand what's going on. His office staff is just as wonderful and they are really great with kids. I will definitely be suggesting them to everyone. Be sure to check their hours as they are not open 5 days a week but you will be so happy you came to them.

Accessed and pulled my insurance, out of network, in spite of request to do nothing. Never visited his office, discovered later that I couldn't be seen because they pulled my insurance authorization. Caused me to miss the only timely appointment available, trying to fix their mess. I would give him zero stars if I could. No one deserves to be treated the way they treated me over the phone.

I have been going to Dr. Isner for many years. He and his staff are top notch. Knowledgeable and friendly service. I recommended him to my friends and family.
