Beyond wonderful. Angela has answered my questions, and believe me, I had many! Everyone at BOTH centers is magnificent. And Dr. Garth Stevens is beyond intelligent, have you seen his wall of diplomas? Which is displayed beautifully. I had a problem with my vision, and I had an appointment the next morning at 730AM! Great eye care center. Dr. Stevens and Dr. Todd are amazing. They treat all kinds of eye related issues including cataracts,corneal diseases and glaucoma. They also do surgeries and treat lattice dystrophy,which is very rare. The nurses are very friendly and helpful. I've had three successful corneal transplants. I give them 5 stars. I've been coming here for over 30 years and am very satisfied.

Having worked with surgeons and other physicians and in medical education for decades, I was surprised to experience how badly run this business end of this office. After my appointment, I was told to call and schedule surgery, but after a week of calling and leaving messages and not having calls returned, I decided to go elsewhere. The technician who saw me was on top of things, but the deficiency in attention and kindness on the part of the ophthalmologist was striking and evidently could not be learned as part of his medical education. He may very well be an excellent cutter. I will never know.

We have been seeing Dr. Garth Stevens for over 12 years at this practice. My wife had a failed cataract surgery from a different eye surgeon who recommended Dr. Stevens for the fix, which Dr. Stevens did successfully. Since then, he performed cataract surgery on her second eye; also successfully. He has been treating me ever since, managing my glaucoma. Two weeks ago Dr. Stevens performed cataract surgery on my weak eye. My vision on that eye was never so clear as it is now. Yesterday he did my second eye and now recovering extremely well. Dr.Stevens is a man with few words but he is skilful and professional. This is what counts at the end of the day! By the way his staff are also courteous and professional people,. We have known most of them for a very long time.

2024: From two stars to one. Gave him another chance so here's an update: Can a provider be even more rude than before. Yep. Asked Dr. S. about my eye pressure and he actually said: You don't need to worry about that, I'm looking at your retinal health." YES I DO, we have a significant family history. And it is his responsibility to respond to my questions and concerns. He's just awful. 2023: Excellent staff but Dr Stevens is curt to the point of rude with zero beside manner. Never introduced himself, strode in and sat down with his back to me and sushed me when I started to speak. He has good reviews as a physician but missed the classes on being human. Not kind, warm or friendly like my doctor that retired.

The Doctors are great but two of the technicians have a nasty attitude, we went from one not returning any of my calls when she did she had an attitude. She lied about sending the information to my insurance company and company HR. Finally got some one new to help me, was very helpful at the beginning but after my surgery when I requested a letter to go back to work, she got really nasty and had a horrible attitude. And one of the lady's from upfront also had a horrible attitude when I drove to the office to request the letter I had been asking for. Staff needs to be better trained and leave their nasty attitude at home

Called this morning to schedule an appointment. I'm a new customer and was assisted by Kim who was supper effecting and very friendly in helping me find an appointment that fit within my schedule. It's always nice to get a friendly voice on the phone when making an appointment.

Dr. Stevens is the best doc ever!!!! Highly recommend him to anyone I know!
