I had a wonderful experience, choosing my eyeglass frames. Autumn was extremely professional, offered helpful advice, and really took the time to guide me towards frames that suited me well. Her expertise and patience, made the process easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service.

11/7/25 Case done 10/14/25 I'm still waiting for the refund. 9/23/25 I am still waiting for the response. The problem still exists. 9/18/25 I had one of the most frustrating experiences ever with this store. Two months ago, I brought in my own eyeglass frame (barely worn) to have lenses fitted. After waiting more than two weeks with no update, I called to check, and only then did they tell me my glasses were ready. When I picked them up, the prescription was completely wrong, so I had to redo the exam and order again. This second attempt was even worse. After another month of waiting--and multiple calls where the staff gave me confusing or evasive answers--they finally admitted that my glasses had been lost in transit. When I went to the store for a solution, here were my options: 1. Choose a replacement frame. At first, one staff member told me I could pick any frame from the wall. Then another restricted me to only the $129 section, and if I wanted something better, I'd have to pay extra. This made no sense--my original frame was higher quality and definitely not plastic, and it was their fault it got lost. Why should my choice be limited because of their mistake? 2. Request a refund. But not immediately. I'd have to wait until the manager came back from vacation to approve it. And given they already lost my glasses, I had no confidence they wouldn't "lose" the refund check too. The excuse was that it wasn't the store's fault but "the lab's" fault--as if that makes a difference to the customer. 3. Wait for the manager. The staff said they couldn't make decisions without her, and they refused to call her because she was on vacation. A store of this size with no backup system or delegated authority? Completely unprofessional. Bottom line: They took my money upfront, wasted months of my time, lost my property, and then made me wait even longer for a half-baked solution. Customers should not have to sacrifice their time because of the store's mistakes. If you want fast, reliable service, and accountability when things go wrong--this is not the place.

Don't get an adjustment here. Autumn helped me and honestly she was very nice and professional but I was wondering why she came back after the adjustment and mentioned that they aren't responsible for damage. I thought it was a slightly random thing to say in the moment but now that I am home and actually able to see my glasses I see why it was said there. I called back in and they are not responsible for damage. Honestly I don't buy myself nice things and had asked for a nice professional set of memory metal/titanium frame for Christmas so I'm just quite disappointed in this.

I went in to get my eyeglasses fixed and needed to get back to work. The staff quickly teamed together to fix my eyeglasses. They were friendly and showed geniune care. Not only was I able to get my glasses fixed but was able to order my new pair and get back to work quickly.

Lauren was awesome I helping me select the glasses that would be a great fit and a good look. I appreciate her attention to detail and explanation of my options.

Lauren stayed late for me in advance due to my work schedule, very friendly, love her, truly is a life saver 5 star customer service!!

Hands down Pam is the greatest! Always very helpful, patient & knows what looks best on me. For years now, Pam is the only one I will take my frames to for adjustments.
