I do not usually do these surveys. Dr. Tabe and her front desk receptionist both are awesome!! Regarding my insurance info the lady up front went above and beyond telling me which insurance I was covered under.. I didn't think I had the eye coverage .. and I told her I would be self pay . My son has a very high prescription.. we've went to other places such as Americas best eye wear and just felt we were just rushed out the place due to so many patients being seen . Dr Tabe takes her time with the exam and you'll even get some good teachings as she goes along . They care about their patients and I am very pleased. You don't usually find such care these days .

I had a wonderful experience at Gemstone! In the past I've gone to chain places and felt like a number as I was rushed through the exam process. that was not the case at Gemstone. My experience was GREAT! Dr. Tabe was so thorough, patient, professional and a pleasure to be around. She is a wonderful Doctor. She knew exactly what she was doing, because the prescription for my glasses came out perfect. I can SEE now!!! It literally brought tears to my eyes when I first put my new glasses on, because it has been so long since I've been able to see everything. I can see the beautiful flowers blooming, (before, they were just a blur), while driving.... And I can see street signs now!! Anyways, I could go on and on about how great my experience was. I definitely recommend Gemstone Eye Care to everyone!!! Thanks Dr. tabe, you and your team are the absolute best!!!

The overall experience for me was unpleasant. Dr. Tabu was all over the place from the start. My appointment was at 2:00pm and I didn't get to her until almost 3:00pm. There were no other patients there so it shouldn't have been that long for her to see me. The whole appointment seemed unprofessional. I don't recommend going to see them at all!
