Have been going to the Grove Ave location for years, nothing but positive interactions. Friendly staff, lots of patience with questions, and they work with me and my budget - they even have a 99$ frame section and my complete glasses were about 350$ and fit and look great!
Of course they take great take of my vision - doing the tests I need unless I opt out ( and they give that option for some) and provide pricing info on them. I can order my contacts with them and pick them up in the lobby. No complaints!
