This was the most efficient and friendly service I have ever had at an eye doctor! I brought a book and didn't even open it once because I never waited longer than a few seconds for each service. The medical care was also quick but without feeling rushed. I loved the perk of getting some sunglasses and also appreciated getting my contact price matched to what I would pay at Costco. Amari at checkout was especially personable and helpful!

great experience with the doc.unfortunately, glasses were 2 weeks late on anticipated arrival I was given when I payed. 2 months later I was contacted about a random $30 balance from a store check out error. had to drive back out and pay because of a mistake they made. it seems like this is owned by a large conglomerate and payment support was hard to reach. not a pleasurable experience when it feels like you're getting scammed with billing. if you all mess up, you should eat it. that's how business should be done. I will not be returning.

Staff was very professional, kind, and welcoming. I especially appreciated the time they spent helping me find a pair of glasses that fit/looked good.
Despite what much of the signs/advertising insists, they absolutely do not accept all insurances, and I encourage potential patients to double check if theirs is any good here.

This place is in network with my insurance. My husband went there for an exam and was still charged a copay (even though my insurance plan says it should be $0 for in-network) and they tried to charge an extra $45 for a service he was not told would be extra and did not authorize. Glasses were absurdly expensive as well, more than 4x the cost we paid elsewhere previously without insurance. Go anywhere else.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff! They were able to quickly help me find the perfect frame shape and size for my face, as well as make my dollar go far enough to get three pairs of glasses! The doctor was patient with all of my questions, and did an amazing job educating me on my new/changing eye care needs. It's so refreshing to go to a store with happy employees!

Everyone there was friendly and helpful. They knew what my insurance covered. I didn't feel pressured into buying the most expensive frames. I asked about using frames I already had. They told me that my insurance would cover that. I ended up only having to pay $50 out of pocket!!
I was so pleased with the service and the quality of the frames that I came back the next week a bought a "fancy" pair I had my eye on, at 40% off!

When visiting in the area, tiny debris got into my daughter's eye when we were walking on Cary Street. I called the office, concerned they wouldn't take her because she wasn't a previous patient. They not only fit her in quickly, but the entire staff was super compassionate and efficient--top notch. The people at the desk asked another patient if my daughter could be seen before her, and the patient agreed--all kind and proactive. Dr. Pederson was calming and effective. My daughter left feeling much better, physically and in peace of mind.
