Karen was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. She explained everything to me as she was doing it which really put me at ease. I will always recommend this location to anyone I know! The doctor was incredibly nice and friendly and I really felt like she cared but more importantly I felt that I received the best treatment and prescription. What an amazing experience! Usually I don't look forward to my appointments but this was such a great experience I can't wait for my next appointment!

Megan is by far the best assistant ever, she was happy and kind and thorough and very knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable right away. I had my husband come that same day and asked to make sure Megan would be helping him, I also am now bringing my sister to see Megan next week. I highly recommend Surge, Dr. Butler also absolutely amazing, answered some long time concerns with great explanation very thorough and had concrete solutions for my issues. Within 2 days my eyes are more clear and comfortable in years due to her recommendations. Will also be sending everyone to Dr. Butler.

Great experience. The tech who helped me was so kind and friendly. When I came in I was very anxious but she was so sweet and joked around with me and really put me at ease. I wish I could remember her name because she was just awesome.
One thing is that I didn't realize until I got there that the doctor part was by telemed, but it seemed to work really well and I feel like I got the same level of care as if the doctor had been present.
