The staff is very welcoming, professional and thorough. Dr Green was able to fit me in the same day as my call. The morning before I noticed a flash of light and floaters that got worse throughout the day. He examined my eyes and reassured me there was no damage but to be sure I'm going back for a follow up and an eye exam for new glasses in two weeks. Thanks so much, A. Bryant

I cannot say enough positive things about Richmond Eye Associates. Their staff is super friendly. Their equipment is state of the art. Doctor Bowman performed cataract surgery on me several years ago. I now see better than I have in my entire life. What a great team there! I highly recommend them for your vision care.

I had a great experience here. The front office staff were efficient and pleasant to work with. I was so impressed by Dr. Schlieper. She was incredibly informative and took the time to explain the why behind the answers to all my questions. She was patient, kind, considerate and professional. Very pleased to have found this practice and can't recommend the enough.

The team at this location demonstrates exceptional professionalism and expertise. After a prolonged period without consulting an eye care specialist, I felt entirely comfortable and confident during my procedure. I am pleased to have finally received my prescription for eyeglasses from a highly competent staff.

The office itself is great, and my visit with Dr. Hughes was a very positive experience. However, I was disappointed by an interaction I witnessed involving the surgical coordinator, Dena. When the front desk staff member went back to Dena to get a print out of my insurance card that I had previously emailed to her, Dena spoke to her very rudely. She told her to go away while she tried to figure it out and then said "hovering over me is not going to help," even though the staff member was not hovering at all. I felt it was very unprofessional for Dena to holler and speak to a coworker that way, especially in front of patients like myself. Aside from that interaction, the office and doctor were excellent.
