The front desk attendant attitude is absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. I have came here for years because of the doctor and was able to deal with it but no more. She needs to be trained or replaced. Elderly or not this is unacceptable.

Dr Fripp seems like a good doctor but it's impossible to get hold of them over the phone. No one ever answers the phone and if you leave a phone message they don't even bother to return your phone call. They are not that busy to answer their patients phone calls.

I've been a patient of Dr. Fripp for years. No one has ever looked at my eyes and have told me I was dehydrated or asked me if I used Flonase. Dr. Fripp's level of knowledge is awesome. I trust her. The office ia clean and inviting. I moved to Chesapeake and I drive over 100 miles to have her exam my eyes because of the level of trust I have for her.

I had to write a review because I was seeking care for an issue going on with my eye. When I called the receptionist, she immediately was dismissive and stated that they do not have any way to help you same day if your eye has an issue.
I'm not upset that they might be booked and cannot take anybody same day. It's more about the tone and lack of care by the receptionist. It completely turned me away from seeking any further care from people who won't help you when you have an issue and they have people answering phones with no patient manner.

I visited here for the first time yesterday and had a wonderful experience. Everyone who works in this office is incredibly kind and helpful. Dr. Fripps was very sweet and knowledgeable, she made sure I understood what was happening the whole way through and I'm so grateful for that. So many medical professionals push people in an out as fast as they can, but Dr. Fripps took her time with me and did a fantastic job. The office itself is also very comfortable and in a great location. I'd highly recommend her and I will definitely be going back to see her in the future!
