Doretta at the front desk is amazing! I came in two months (yes, you read that right) early for my appointment (because I'm dumb) and she still managed to get me seen. She was sweet and patient about it. Another staff member also assisted with getting me my appointment but I didn't catch her name, she was taller and blonde. Techs and doctors were wonderful as well. Thank you everyone!

I was told for my situation with how horrible the service was (ex: me having to beg the doctor to explain and look more into my issue because she kept denying all claims for my very obvious eye concern) I was recommended that taking legal action was the only way since they interviewed the doctor. The mistreatment and everything was set aside.

Plan on no less then a 3-4 hour wait gurenteed appointment times mean apsolutely nothing here. And then once they FINALLY get to you they can't figure out why your not a happy camper and get very frustrated with you like you choose to give up hours and hours of your day what is wrong with you.

I recently qualified for care at VCU health what we used to call MCV back in the day. so they got me scheduled within a week for an eye exam, they were able to tell me specifically where to park. I was able to walk from the parking deck the short distance to the building and it seemed like they were real on top of covid19 protocols. I signed in with a young lady named Navy, wonderful Angie did my exam and then Dr. Richards my refractory and Monica signed me out! I couldn't have had a better experience!!
