Deborah checked me in upon my arrival she was even able to assist me in scheduling appointments for my family I saw Dr. Hatcher when I went. There wasn't an extended wait time to be helped. I was in and out. Caitlin helped me with my new glasses and got them ordered. She even stated that I could pick them up at another location if it would be closer to work or home. That's very thoughtful and helpful.
