Warby Parker Cary Court

Everyone at this location was welcoming and friendly. I also didn't realize how many ways my WP glasses could be adjusted (a service which WP offers for no charge after you have your glasses). Hypnos had excellent customer service and offered kindness to me while I was in the store. The optician Chase was patient and precise in adjusting my glasses and salvaging a pair that my dog had gotten a hold of. I was super impressed and grateful. Very appreciative of the team here!

My first experience shopping for glasses! The staff at Warby Parker were simply brilliant! They gave me plenty of time and space when needed but were so supportive and positive when helping me make my selection. I've been back several times since to have my glasses adjusted and they're always so welcoming and helpful! Thank you William and Albert especially, you guys are great!

I've ordered glasses from WP several times and used to go to Short Pump (which is also great) but was happy when this location opened since it is close to where I live. The staff are all friendly, attentive and don't hover when picking out frames. Recently, I had to have 2 pair of glasses adjusted and both were handled quickly. When I ordered glasses in the past, they arrived at my home quickly (about a week). I have done an eye exam at this location too, very easy to schedule and take care of.

I have been a Warby Parker fan since my first pair of glasses a few years ago because their products seem to be high value. Today I was equally impressed by the service I received. Albert was super knowledgable about each of my options and offered helpful advice on what glasses I should consider pursuing. He even personally reiterated that the 30-day refund policy wasn't 'fluff' and encouraged me to come back in if I was displeased in any way with the glasses I selected. Solid combination of professionalism, warmth, expertise and exceptional customer service. I'll definitely continue to be a repeat customer!

I had a great experience at Warby Parker. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. The doctor was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the eye exam feel comfortable and stress-free. Overall, the service was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for quality care and great customer service.

Ya'll. There is literally no reason to go anywhere else for glasses. I cannot believe how helpful everyone at this location was. I ended up getting 3 pairs of glasses while I was there, so I don't anticipate needing to go back anytime soon, but I would go back here in a heartbeat if I needed to! Not only were the associates knowledgeable, they were helpful, gave honest feedback, and were very patient with my almost 2 hour perusing of basically every frame in the store to make sure I felt awesome about what I ended up buying. When I finally settled on a third pair and we went to order them only to find they had been retired in my teeny tiny size days earlier, every associate on the floor worked together to make those glasses happen for me...and they did! I am wearing them today and I LOVE them! If you're on the fence about a Warby Parker shopping experience, I don't see a way you'd be disappointed shopping here. I'll 100% be back to this specific location the next time I need glasses.

Very nice staff. Helpful and engaging. Just wish they walked me through the claim process for my insurance. Overall I will definitely shop at this location again.
