I had such a great experience at MyEyeDr. at Stafford Marketplace. Everyone there was genuinely kind, patient, and helpful, which made the whole visit feel comfortable and stress-free. The technician, assistant manager, and doctor were all amazing and took the time to make sure everything was explained clearly. I especially want to thank Javeria, the eyewear consultant. She went above and beyond to help me choose the right frames and made me feel confident in my decision. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. You can tell this team really cares about their patients. I'm very grateful for such a positive experience and would absolutely recommend this location to anyone.

Excellent service! From check-in to check-out, the entire team was courteous and efficient. The optometrist was thorough, patient, and took time to explain my exam results and options. I appreciated how welcoming and attentive everyone was. This office truly prioritizes patient care. Jerry and Elesse both treated me with warmth & respect. Jerry has such a beautiful spirit , and he is very hilarious! He will have you laughing! Elesse helped me pick out glasses that truly complimented my face that were affordable, opposed to having to break the bank and very patient. Thank you both! I will definitely recommend everyone to this practice!

She took the time to walk me through every step of the process, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure I was completely comfortable with my exam and eyewear options. What stood out most was her professionalism and genuine commitment to customer care. She offered thoughtful recommendations without any pressure and ensured I left with exactly what I needed. Had an appt today and It was very speedy and informative. Eileen, Mercedes, and the Gentlemen were very nice and were helping me throughout my selection process. Even was educated on my coverage and maximized my benefits because of it, literally saved over $1000! The overall ambience of the place was very calm and assuring. Unlike other places that feel boring and bleak, you could really feel the positive and kind energy in this clinic. 10/10.

This place was super busy but everyone was so nice! Daia was sweet helping with the exam. Karsyn was extremely helpful with helping me pick everything out. Aileen was so nice helping what seemed to be a difficult customer. She smiled and laugh and spent so much time. Thank so much for everything!

My experience was Excellent! All levels of my appointment interaction were top notch. The eye doctor was great and the representative who helped me select my eye glasses was very knowledgeable and helpful.

My experience with the staff was great. Lucas was awesome during the exams he was supportive and kept us calm during the entire process. He exercised patience and ensured that we understood all that the doctor was explaining. Javeria was exceptional, she also exerted grave patience as I took time to search for the perfect pair of glasses. She was tactful in offering service to us today.

staff was the friendliest staff i have ever encountered! guy at the front desk was a sweetheart, lady who conducted the eye tests on me complimented my hazbin hotel bag, and the doctor herself was so patient and polite with me! highly recommend this location <3
