Worst customer service , socially on the phone !!! When we call, the bell keeps ringing , no one answers and when they do, they put you on hold with stupid music on and disappear for long time!! Don't waste your money and time at this Stoneridge location , very unprofessional staff inside

I agree with the other reviewers on here. The doctors and staff are awesome, but when it comes to ordering frames or lenses, good luck getting them on time or without mistakes. I waited well over a month just for them to tell me they ordered the wrong size lenses for my frames when I went in the store. They really to do a better job taking their time and stop rushing orders to prevent these types of mistakes.

Just to here for the Dr.s, do not buy anything else here. Everything is overpriced and the sales people have shady tactics. Make sure they give you a copy of your prescription and go anywhere else. Costco is cheaper, has better options and way faster!

In agreement with all below. Dr is great. Staff is the issue. I was seemingly rushed when choosing frames. I also was never given a copy of my prescription. Picked out frames, paid and ordered a pair for my son. I've been waiting for this order for a month now. When I called last week they said it would be there in a day or so and here we are a week later and I still don't have my order. This is pretty bad.

As much as the staff are nice and the doctors two main things in this place - It's never 10 days or two weeks in order to get your glasses , it's at least one month . My wife's pairs took one month and mine arrived after one month but damaged ( cracked ) they ordered a replacement but has been received 5 weeks later . - Very expensive , the price compared to the time takes to get your order is ridiculous. Our son loved those Ray-ban pair and it's was for 160$ we ended up getting the same frame from Costco for 65$ . That's beside the fact I had to wait for 45 minutes beyond my appointment to be seen by the doctor.

I love Dr. Jaffy (and give her personally 5 stars) but the organization of this company is abysmal. They have made multiple mistakes to orders. It always takes forever to get what I order. I am rarely notified when those orders do come in. There system is frequently down. They lost my son's prescription at one point and then expected praise when they found it. When it was Associates in Eyecare this place was significantly better. My Eye Dr. as a whole seems to be a terribly run business.

I really love the staff here and Dr. Vaziri is so professional knowledgeable and gentle. She has a way of calming your nerves. I take my whole family here.

Very unreliable when booking the appointments and the communication skills are mediocre.
