I am a new customer as of today, I must say the office was very neat in appearance and was warm, The staff, Gina,Rachael, and Debbie were off the hook!!!!!! Supper friendly, very informative and helped me through getting set up as a new patient,. Tests were done quickly and they took the time to explain the results, and my treatment going forward, new glasses on the way!!!!! And for DR. Hurley,... incredible!!!!!!! Really down to earth, and definitely knows her stuff! I highly recommend this group, they accepted my Medicare all went without any complaints

Dr. Hurley and her staff are very knowledgeable and considerate. They have a cheerfulness that makes your experience very enjoyable. They have always treated me with respect and like family. I recommend Clearsight very highly.

Doctor and staff are always friendly and willing to help any time it's needed. Exams are thorough and the doctor takes her time and listens to me about what I need to help correct my vision. I have astigmatism and getting my contacts to fit well is a huge plus. All the ladies who work there will help make sure you pick out the right glasses too. Overall great experience!

Dr was trying extremely hard to get eyes dilated and was very pushy about it. They couldn't give me the prescription that day because of their system and they wouldn't send the prescription to me via email. Asked for eyeglass and contact prescription and took multiple visits to finally get the contact prescription. Ordered the contacts and they did not work at all. Ended up going to americas best in Bristol TN and got a whole new prescription out of pocket because clear sight couldn't get anything right after multiple visits over a couple months and they already used our yearly insurance visit. The clear sight prescription gave daily headaches and the prescription from americas best was completely different. The end result over the phone was there was nothing more that they could do. Overall a waste of time and money, we have a years worth of contacts that are useless. Go to americas best at the pinnacle in Bristol. They know what they're doing, and they were cheaper out of pocket than clear sight was with insurance.
