My wife has some special needs and needed to have her eyes checked abd possible get an RX for glasses.she has some brain Degeneration, dementia and uses a rollator for mobility assistance. The office staff was quite friendly and guyy extremely helpful directing her to which eiom she should be in and for what part of the testing. They were very careful as she maneuvered from her rollator cart to the exam chairs to be sure she did t stubble or fall. The staff explained everything they were doing so she would understand each step of the process including dilating the eyes and then waiting a few minutes before the next exam. Dr Pham was also very professional and treated her with great respect and compassion. Took time to address her concerns with her eyes and the connection or lack of connection between the brain and what the eyes are truly seeing

I went in for my appointment today and found out I have a outstanding bill for 300. Due to my daughter's college expenses this past two weeks I could only pay half today. I was told to leave. Poor customer service. The only thing they care about is money.

Dr. Hogges has been my Doctor for many years and has improved my vision greatly. I went to other eye doctors before finding Dominion. I was prescribed a pair of bifocals after falling down the steps many times it wasn't long before Dominion and Dr. Hogges got took the time to make sure what I needed.
