Very friendly staff. The ladies at the receptionist desk, were very kind and made me feel comfortable.. It set the tone for the whole appointment. My appointment was at 11:00am I got there at 11:03am registered and was in the back getting my eye exam at 11:10am!! Dr Taylor was very nice, he explained everything he was doing while doing it, as well as made sure I was aware of my different options! Then the lady who helped me pick out my glasses was very kind and patient as well... overall great service, highly recommend!

Took a spot as a walk in for a canceled appointment. Answered a few questions on the phone . Used the link I was sent filled out my forms sent those before I went in nice option so I'm not trying to do them thinking I have to rush before I go back . Everyone was nice very polite always letting me know what they were doing and what was being done . Explanation of my benefits , upgrades , copays . I'm actually excited waiting to go pickup my glasses . Very comfortable atmosphere treated very nicely and welcome . Trust me I do not like Dr. visits of any kind but I am one that appreciates being treated like a person and feeling like I'm taken care . Any questions the nice lady at front desk can answer them for you sorry I didn't remember her name
