Extremely thorough and helpful team! Dr. Sirrott took his time to give me a thorough exam and walked me through all my options until I was comfortable. I wasn't pushed to purchase frames or contacts like other offices do. I did have to wait 20 or so minutes after my appointment time to be seen but it's a small office and they were thorough and spent their time with their patients so I don't mind the wait for quality care.

I would give zero stars if I could. I should up 10 minutes early to my appointment and noticed it seemed empty with only a front desk person and a patient up front. I thought awesome, I should get back pretty fast. At the 30 minute mark (from my appointment time so 40 minutes total) I asked the receptionist if she had and idea of how much longer it would be. She told me she couldn't tell me because she didn't know where her tech was. A little confused by the response I sat back down, hoping it would be soon since I was using sick leave for this appointment. A couple minutes later the tech came out and grabbed the other patient. I waited there for over another 15 minutes with no word from anyone. By that point I was fed up and told the receptionist to cancel the appointment. She never offered to go find out how long the wait was or anything. She just said sorry and I left. I would stay away unless you have a half a day ready to blow.

My 19 year old daughter went here on March 5th. The optician tech conned my daughter into getting progressives on her glasses despite being told multiple times she didn't want the progressives or the frames the tech picked out. She said the tech would just ignore her and keep looking at glasses that would fit progressive lens. These glasses ended up costing so much even after insurance. So I had my daughter call them the next day about canceling that order and they told her no they can't cancel the order and she could not get a refund. I called today to inquire about all of this. I talked to Jessica the first time and she was really nice but needed permission from my daughter to talk to me. After she received permission I called back and the girls that answered did not allow me to talk to Jessica. This girl ended up being the tech that conned my daughter into super expensive glasses she did not need. She went on to insist that they don't do refunds because glasses are medical equipment and you can't get a refund of medical equipment. I know this to be a lie because I have been wearing contacts and glasses most of my life. I mean, my contacts have to be specially made and as long as I don't open the box, I can even get a refund on those. Don't go here unless you want to pay an arm and a leg for glasses you don't even want.

My experience has been lackluster so far. I had my appointment in early January with Dr Sirott and their follow up procedure seems pretty much nonexistent. I also completed and provided documents online but was still asked to provide the exact same documents. The Dr promised to call me back after receiving/reviewing my medical history to provide me his opinion whether there were any significant changes. Several weeks passed and I called them back. I had to leave a message with the receptionist and was told that she would give him the message and the Dr would call me back but then told me he may or may not call. Like what the heck?! Almost 4 days have gone by and I still haven't received a call from the Dr. I don't have any confidence in this office and may try one of the other locations I've heard people have had a great experience. I doubt they'll even remember to call me for frames that I was interested in.

Great staff! So friendly and act like they really do care! They take the time to hear your needs and have excellent customer service! I love the airway heights location!! They even gave my 2 year old a little toy while I had to go in to get some glasses fixed! So sweet!

I have enjoyed coming here. Very accommodating with my autism (turns out certain procedures are very overstimulating with autism) and do a great job explaining everything fully. I also appreciated not being talked out of lasik. My prescription is really bad and I can't wear contacts due to the overstimulation, and so many doctors refuse to even consider lasik with me. That was not the case here so I'm excited to discuss options further once I'm done having children. When I got my glasses, they came in without the prisms I ordered, but they let me use the new prescription and as soon as the corrected lens came in, swapped them out no problem.

I just had my first contacts/glasses appt here with my teenager. I've needed a prescription now for more than 30 years, that is a lot of eye appts. And I've never been happier! From the woman very patient with my needs at the front desk, to the doctors and tech, to the women helping us pick out frames, this was the best eye appt I've ever had. My whole family will be back!

These people are hands down the bestI have ever had.
