We had a great experience for my daughter's first ever eye exam to see if she needed glasses or not. The front desk and doctor were very friendly, and answered any questions we had. We love that they are located in Costco, which makes things so convenient for us. Unfortunately they didn't accept our insurance, but even the out of pocket cost without insurance was great compared to other places, so no complaints here. It was a quick exam, but the Doctor did an amazing job explaining to my daughter and I what he was doing, and the results of the exam. Would definitely recommend for others to come here!

I would like to give five stars to the optical office, and especially to the optometrist, Ryan Beck. I am extremely grateful for his professionalism and care.
On a previous occasion, he identified a serious issue that had been overlooked, diagnosed it in a timely manner, and referred me to the appropriate medical specialist, which allowed the problem to be properly treated.
Recently, he also detected errors in my previous prescription from other state doctor and corrected them. His attention to detail, professionalism, and kindness are truly exceptional. The service was excellent from start to finish.
Thank you for providing such outstanding care.

Great team, convenient location inside of Costco --and Costco has awesome pricing on a good selection of glasses. But they changed their insurance program and now we have to pay out of pocket, which sucks but not really their fault.

This office is small but mighty! Located within the Bonney Lake Costco. I called on a Friday morning and wanted two appointments for myself and my spouse. They had just had cancellations, and we got in within a couple of hours. The scheduling, intake procedures, testing and consultation/exam with Dr. Beck were first rate. They have machines to test for glaucoma and take digital images of your eyes. They also take state Medicaid insurance -- big plus! We paid $25 copays each for our exams.
They are not affiliated with the eye wear department (see my frames photo) adjacent, but it's a slam dunk to walk out with a prescription and order Costco Eyewear at a discount.

Front desk gal, Jessica was in a hurry. I was a new patient with a full eye exam appointment. She RUSH through my intake forms and wouldn't let me fill out myself. She wasn't friendly or welcoming. It felt like I was a burden by being there. Doctor was mostly pleasant but he was in a hurry as well. I was in/out of there in 15 minutes tops. Super disappointed.

There were 2 people in the office working as a team. Both were welcoming and patient. I had a good number of questions as my eye exam was for the purpose of a possible upcoming surgery. Dr. Beck was patient with my questions and I left feeling like I had a good sense for my options and the various pros and cons.
