Zero stars here. The lack of professionalism and knowledge about insurance was overwhelming enough to lead me here. I don't leave reviews but was alarmed enough to do so now. Even though I had offered to do my own billing and pay in full I was basically harassed almost daily with phone calls about our up coming appts. With my own research I found out this place was a preferred provider after being told we didn't have coverage...I felt harassed to provide my SS# over the phone or by email when I offered to provide that info in person at my appt. I was told I had to give it prior to appt...I cancelled our appts and am still receiving texts. Hoping by taking the time to write all this out I could possibly save someone a lot of time and a headache.
