Excellent customer service. Even when you have an obscure and nearly useless insurance like VSP, the staff will work with you to help reduce the out of pocket costs, and calm your frustration and stress from lousy insurance providers. The front end staff were excellent with my 90 year old father in-law. He desperately needed his new prescription and his physical condition makes long trips and waiting difficult. They went out of their way to help get the best set of frames that properly fit him and the coatings he required to aid his vision issues. I already started recommending their office to my friends, even before I returned home today. They are great with kids too. They had a very young customer next to us who was not thrilled about being measured for glasses. The staff handle it quickly and efficiently. It was over before he knew it.

Do not go to this location they do not honor their products that they sell and have incompetent staff working there... The doctor herself was great and some other staff were good ... but due to my recent experience and some incompetent employees and the business model the owner has... I will not conduct business with this vision center any longer. I had a pair of defective prescription sunglasses that the protective coding on the frames was peeling off like snake skin even their employees that saw it in person saw that it was a defect . that I let their staff know during the warranty period more then a month before it expires To get these corrected that staff did not do their job to relay the information in a timely manner and due to their incompetency, I am now out of warranty range by the time they got back to me. the owner of the vision center will not compensate and replaced the glasses,...even knowing it is their fault And want me to pay for their mistakes... that is extremely poor business and customer service. As I've worked in retail for 15+ years. This is not how you treat customers, especially when there's defective products that you are selling and it was your staff's incompetency in following through with their job, which will now cost me hundreds of dollars to replace.

Adrian did an amazing job. The whole staff team was very helpful and I love my glasses. They were fast efficient and kind. I would recommend coming here to anyone.

The entire staff is incredible. Front end, Adrian, and Optician, Teresa, do a phenomenal job! They helped run my insurance smoothly, and helped me pick out my new prescription sunglasses. Dr. Wasylyshyn and her crew are the best!

In and out in an hour. Super helpful. Dr Miko answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. The front was kind. They were accommodating with my schedule. The office is beautiful. Adrian helped me get some frames. He's the man! Explained insurance coverage and helped me get set up.

How can you schedule an appointment for a Friday at 3:15 but close at 2pm???

I called to inquire about the prices of frames and if they my insurance and spoke with Adrian who was very helpful. Decided to go there in person. The person there told me they were busy with other customers so I looked at frames for about 20 to 25 min. Then I asked the person I spoke with if it would be much longer until I got some help and he said an HOUR. I didn't have the time and they should have told me right up front it would have been over an hour. I left. Not sure if I will go back.
