Dr. Joseph Dolezal

Dr. Joseph is 5 stars. The staff is not knowledgeable about insurance coverage. And in my opinion not trained by the office manager to run the store in absence of office manager. I was told I'd have to wait 2 days until office manager returned so they could check my insurance coverage! I strongly suggest Rainer eye and vision ! I was in and out of there in 20 minutes!

I have been a patient with Dr Dolezal since I was a child and recently called to schedule an appointment for my granddaughter of whom I have custody. She came to me crying because she can't see, which means her school year has come to an end - and the receptionist refused to schedule an appointment for her until September... FIVE MONTHS FROM NOW. I inquired about getting an emergency appointment, asking if they reserved times for people who needed to be seen right away, and she told me they did reserve those times, but my granddaughter didn't have an emergency. How would she know?? My granddaughter has never complained of any vision problems until suddenly, she can't see and therefore can't read... and that's not an emergency? What suddenly caused this child to go from seeing to not? Absolutely zero care from the receptionist who simply insisted she would not schedule my granddaughter for 5 months without knowing if there was an actual emergency or not. Wow..... so disappointed!

Every pair of glasses I've gotten from here are never right. My primary insurance changed prior to my last appointment. It hasn't dawned on me at the time and only my exam was covered. Wouldn't office staff inquire about this prior to me picking up my glasses? That said, Dr Dolezal is very friendly.

Very thorough, staff was all super friendly. My glasses came back perfect. Dr Dolezal is the best optometrist around. Thank you

Dr. Dolezal is very cordial However, the prescription I received was WRONG. Took them back. The replacement was WRONG. Asked for my money back. Was told I would get it. Hope I do.
