I wanted to share that I had a great experience here! I was nervous and putting off my appointment because I've never been to the eye doctor so I wasn't sure what to expected and wasn't looking forward to having liquid put in to dilate my eyes or have the puff of air shot into my eyes. Good news I didn't have to experience either of those since the technology they have that isn't required, or maybe just in my case. Then the Dr. finding my prescription was fairly quick and she got it spot on. When it came to trying on glasses and finding the right pair to fit my face shape, there was a girl there who nailed it with finding me the best fit, I appreciate how honest she was! And of course the ladies at the desk and all of the staff within the building were all so kind, respectful, and made this experience a breeze and enjoyable! Thank you all for helping me see again and feel confident in my new glasses!

All of the Staff is Wonderful! They try and meet Your Need! The Dr. was so Interested in my vision problems.I have been wearing glasses since I was a Child and have had Laser Surgery 2x.After His exam He explained My Vision and the Problems and how it could be solved with reading and night driving glasses. This is the first time in my life that I can %see clear. This has changed my entire life. Thank You All for What You Did to Solve My Vision Difficulties !

I had a great experience at the Colville office! Everyone was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I arrived early and was actually taken back early. The testing was a painless and the process was streamless. As soon as testing was complete, I met virtually with a tech and optometrist. Hannah then helped me pick out the perfect frames and took all my measurements. She followed up 2 days later as promised. I'll have my new glasses in about 2 weeks! I highly recommend this office

Drove over 60 miles, over a mountain pass to find a sign on their door closed due to bad weather. It's not even bad weather. Didn't get a phone call or nothing. Wouldn't trust a place like this with any of my care let alone my child's who the apt for was for.

Great visit there from the friendly reminders about my appointment, to the receptionists, the tech who checked my eyes. The doctor was great answered all my questions and the tech who helped me choose my glasses Highly recommend this great service.

Highly recommend! Everyone was very kind, patient and professional. When it came time for me to chose my glasses I was having a tough time picking between 3 I believe, the ladies got pretty excited and asked of they could do a vote and helped me chose. I thought that was pretty sweet! Thank you vision source for making my visit fun and enjoyable

I only gave one star because that was the lowest. We went in asking if they honored our insurance. They said they did. I paid in full the rest of the amount. Later they called saying the they didn't get approval from the insurance company so they needed more money. We set up a payment arrangements with them. Paid that in full, they then hit us again saying that we still had not paid them in full. This was literally 18 months later they wanted more payments - and we were shopping for a new optometrist that did honor our insurance because now a year and a half later the glasses were outdated and needed a replacement . I asked why they needed more money and they said more services. We had to return the glasses twice, the first time they broke within a day, the second time they simply didn't fit so had to be sent back to the company. To sum up the total they want? $700 for the original glasses which I paid in full and now they're asking for an additional $350. I have never had to pay $1000 dollars for a pair of glasses in my life. I am being totally honest when I walked in and asked for, "just a cheap pair of glasses." These are not designer frames, these were literally the lowest priced frames on the shelf. I cannot believe the run around we got with this business. I would never go again. I'd drive to Spokane before I darkened their doorway. I honestly have no idea who to contact as I'm sure they're going to send me to collections for the last 350 but I refuse to be taken again by these people. It never ends with them but they're not getting one more penny from me.
