UPDATE: 11/4/25 After weeks of no responses or call backs despite being told I would receive one, I decided to go in person so I could speak to someone face-to-face. I met with Roger Almoete, who was pleasant to work with and helped me finally get some answers. Unfortunately, my earlier experiences with the manager, Drew, and the receptionist (who refused to provide her name) were frustrating -- they showed little to no care or customer service, which made the whole process much harder than it needed to be. Roger did assist me in getting the bill waived, on the condition that I updated my review, which I'm doing now. While I'm glad to have reached a resolution after a month of trying to get my claim resubmitted, I still would not recommend this business based on the overall experience. THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! I would give this eye company zero stars if I could. Over a year after my visit, I unexpectedly received a bill in the mail for services that my insurance had already denied shortly after the appointment. No one from the office ever contacted me about the issue until now, and when I called to get it resolved, both the receptionist and the supervisor were unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. They hung up on me multiple times and made it clear they don't care about their patients or providing any real customer service. To make matters worse, they are refusing to resubmit the claim to my eye insurance, even though it was their delay that caused this problem. This business is completely unethical and should be shut down for the way they treat people.

Update after the reply on my comment: I tried to call the number in the reply and texted you several times without an answer. Please let me know how we can get our property back and the glasses we already paid for. Original Review: We were there today to pick up our. glasses (received a text message today they arrived). Shop was closed with a noticed poste that they are temporarily closed due to short staffing. No details if/when they re-open. We paid for the glasses in advance and they have our frames. This is unbelievable.

Dr. Hollenbeck was amazing and Roger was even better. I got the correct lens and frames and to reuse my old frames

All around the best experience I've had with any optometrist office. I've been coming here for a few years now and I cannot say anything but positive things. Friendly and competent staff at every level, every time I've visited. Appointments are easy to make, communications are perfect, exams are informative and thorough. I appreciate the Dr. took the time to really explain all options for me. Finding a pair of frames and working with the front office staff was also refreshingly simple, friendly and just what I needed. I just picked up my new glasses and they are perfect!

Second time review my expectations really went down this time today I came in for my yearly appointment been waiting for this for so long since the first glasses I feel did not go well with me and I continue to get headaches so I thought I'd come in for my second pair maybe my prescription needed to be changed I came in today from leaving work early and I find out that my appointment that I had made originally online had been canceled for what reason they just said that maybe I had gone back into the website and that made it cancel the appointment which is crazy I don't see how they could've just put me back on and I been waiting all this time insane so so dissatisfied and the girls upfront obviously did not even care that I had left work early. They said they couldn't see why it had been canceled that it had been the system that I used I definitely should've called in to verify I wondered why I hadn't received a reminder call or text message or email but I did originally see an email stating that my appointment was today I have in my hand right now that says that my appointment is today from 230 to 3 the girls didn't even look at it they just said oh well it's been canceled. I didn't argue just take it as lesson learned but I will be taking my business somewhere else since I see people are just a number here. So sad I was really hoping to find something here in my little town. First time I loved this place and roger was amazing took time to help me find what was best for me. Customer service was amazing.

It's clear they really care about making sure you leave satisfied. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service and knowledgeable staff!
