Office does NOT accept Provider One, despite being listed on HCA.WA.gov's active provider list for children and their schedule appointment link leads to an old website listing it as an accepted insurance. Both should be updated if they no longer accept it. Response I received via email was polite, at least.

I'd definitely recommend trying clear vision. Staff are friendly, my exam lasted about 20 minutes. Nice selection of frames to choose from and they're reasonably priced. It can take up to 2-3 weeks before your prescription Is ready.

The doctor has always been kind and explains things well when you have questions. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Overall, it was a quick and painless process! I wish there was a bit more variety in frames options but I was able to find something I liked. When I called the first time to make an appointment, I left a VM but didn't receive a call back, but was easily able to schedule an appointment when I called again.

I read some nice and not so nice reviews but thought I'd give the Graham Clear Vision a try. A young lady who obviously didn't want to be there kept being insistent and rude about an appointment. I understand the office doesn't sell glasses without a prescription. However, people may not make an appointment if you don't have a selection and doesn't hurt to look. There was no reason at all to be disrespectful to potential customers. Based on this and the not so nice reviews, perhaps there is an opportunity for some training.

Best service ever!! I went in for my first eye appointment last year and the exam was quick and easy! Just yesterday I went in for my yearly exam and my vision has changed. The Dr wasn't rushing through, the front desk lady was polite and super nice! I didn't have any problems with the staff what so ever! And picking out my new glasses was the best! There are so many unique styles and colors!! I so recommend Clear Vision!!
