Dr. Thunya Walker is a thoughtful person and shows that she cares about each and every patient! She is extremely competent and works hard to provide quality eye care. I have been a patient at Northshore Eye Care for many years and am very pleased with the Eye care they provide! Also Roger Pineda is an added bonus to the Northshore Eye Care experience. He takes time to help patients get an eyeglass frame to suit the individual's preferences! The whole staff is excellent, especially Dr. Thunya Walker! J. Price

Sales advisors were very knowledgeable and helpful. Navigating my insurance benefits was easy. The doctor was very helpful and took the time needed to take care of me and ensure I was happy with the results. Nice selection of frames and I was able to find multiple types that I was happy with.

I tore the pad on my glasses and stopped in to see if I could buy a new one. I should have started a timer to count the seconds from the moment I handed my glasses off, to the moment when they handed them back fixed free of charge. I was back on my way in the blink of an eye. Previously instead of making a cash sale to me, an uninsured customer, they directed me to vision plan. I went home and checked it out, liked the math, signed up and went back and made my purchase saving a bunch of money.

Dr. Thunya and her team were super friendly and really took their time with me. She did the most thorough eye exam I've ever had and found out I have dry eyes and clogged oil ducts. I had no idea that was even a thing! The treatments she suggested have made a big difference and I don't need to use eye drops as much anymore. Plus, they have such a fun selection of designer glasses and sunnies. I'm pretty picky but I couldn't resist and ended up taking home a pair of these Gucci shades. Highly recommend if you want good care and to look good too!

I tried to make an appointment and the receptionist/person who picked up the phone was extremely rude. I don't think his attitude was warranted. I simply asked what my contact lens copay would be, and he said that he wouldn't be able to find out unless he contacts VSP. And that's fine, but why does he have to talk in such a rude manner to me? Didn't even come in to see the optometrist, and I don't plan on doing so anymore because of the receptionist.

Northshore eye care is great! I've always received attentive and professional care from Dr. Walker, and Roger is extremely helpful with fitting frames, adjusting my glasses, etc. The reception staff is also welcoming, helpful and professional.

In mid-September, my husband and I ordered lens replacements for four pairs of glasses at Northshore Eye Care (Kenmore) using our own frames. The order was accepted without any concerns. A week later, I was told that one of my expensive frames was broken during their work. I was offered repair or replacement and had no real option but to accept a new frame. When I received the glasses, I later discovered that the nose bridge on my rimless glasses had been replaced without my knowledge. About a month later, that bridge broke. The office refused a warranty fix and quoted $190 for repair. The same part was purchased on Amazon for $10 and replaced by my husband in one hour with no experience. I will not return and do not recommend this place if you expect quality and accountability.

I received the product very late and had to track it myself because the shop did not try to contact me to pick up the product. They only left a voice message, which I did not receive. I have used other services before. When they could not contact the customer the first time and time passed, the customer still did not pick up the product. They would try to contact the customer again so that the customer could receive the product as quickly as possible. I felt the difference in service that was different from other places only, so I could not give a good rating.
