These guys are always so kind and attentive. The front desk receptionist is very friendly and helpful, and both the Dr I met with and the gentleman who helped pick out mine and my daughter's frames and size them to our faces, were very very friendly. Both myself and my daughter are Autistic with ADHD and Anxiety and the team took such great care of us and made us feel comfortable and at ease. I was concerned my daughter would have a difficult time but she seemed to have no issues at all due to the team's great energy. Thank you guys. I will definitely return to this location.

I recommend other islanders plan to do their vision care off island unless you are ok to make appointments 6-12 months in advance, with the potential of it just being cancelled.
I scheduled an appointment in August with them for Oct 31- yes a 2.5 month wait. They called me 3 days ahead of Oct 31 and canceled my appointment as the doctor is out on medical leave for 3 months. I understand emergencies happen but the person on the phone did not say this was an emergency. I was not offered to move my appointment either. And I guess there is only 1 doctor?
I have never received services from this business so I can't weigh in on that.

Extremely accommodating staff and Doctor! Usually, I plan on my eye exam taking about an hour and then picking out glasses after. I asked if I could come before my appointment to pick out glasses. I was greeted at the door and was able to pick out two pairs of glasses and have my eye exam all within 45-50 minutes. The doctor did all of my eye testing himself without using any assistants. I found this super rare, but so nice! I also dislike my eyes being dilated as it takes about 16 hours to wear off. They told me they could do a special photo that costs 30.00 instead of needing my eyes dilated. Definitely a plus in my book! I highly recommend Bayview Vision!
